About

Why Hire a Personal Chef? Hosting a dinner party is a great way to enjoy an evening with friends or family, especially with food prepared in your own home. Unfortunately, the host or hostess spends the majority of the time in the kitchen preparing and serving the meal and has to spend even more time cleaning up after everyone leaves. By having a personal chef, you get the pleasure of hosting a dinner party and enjoying the company of your guests while everything is taken care of in the kitchen. I will do the shopping, the cooking, serving and the clean-up, while you get the credit for hosting an incredible party in your home. Unlike a catering service, the food is prepared fresh in your own kitchen without having been mass produced, pre-cooked, and kept over-heated in foil trays. Instead, each course is meticulously prepared fresh and plated in your own kitchen and personally served as a sit-down dinner in your home.

About Bobbie Jo: I love entertaining in my own home and I realize how difficult it can be to be the chef and the hostess at the same time. So let me do all the hard work in the kitchen while you enjoy time with your guests. My favorite type of cuisine is wild game! Having grown up in Pennsylvania where eating wild game is a way of life, I understand what it takes to prepare it for the table, not by just masking its flavor, but by working with its natural essence to make an incredible dish you and your guests will enjoy. Whether you choose wild game, free range, or your favorite domestic meat, I will work with you to prepare a menu that is perfectly suited for your event and taste.

"Bobbie Jo has proved herself an inspired and dedicated personal chef. The creations she puts on the table are always sure to impress with both their beauty and flavor. Wild game, no problem. Seasonal ingredients, no problem. Dietary needs, no problem. Her creativity and professionalism shine through at breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Once you try the dishes Chef Bobbie Jo prepares, boring will never be a word used at your parties."
